WTS was established in 1982 and has been serving populations with disabilities in Texas since 1991 as a non-profit corporation. With over 30 years in business, we have become leaders in our field; always utilizing the latest strategies and technology available to improve customer satisfaction and our productivity. Alan E. Warrick II, the President and CEO of WTS, is continuing our growth and influence throughout the state by focusing on continually offering new and innovative facility solutions to our clients. Over the years we have garnered many Commercial, State and Federal customers by continuing to improve our high standards of quality service to our customers while staying true to our mission and values.
WTS’ mission is to provide high quality facility solutions while providing employment and training opportunities for persons with significant disabilities. We work closely with Local, State and Federal agencies to create meaningful employment opportunities for a largely overlooked population. Over the years we have seen first hand that individuals with significant disabilities, can deliver high quality service with the proper training and support.
WTS’ vision is to improve the quality of life for thousands of Texans with disabilities each year. This is to be done through significant employment at living wages and additional training and social programs for the communities we serve. WTS also plans to provide health care and retirement benefits to all employees that work at least 20 hours per week. WTS would also like to expand its focus by taking part as an advocate for individuals with disabilities and creating additional awareness for issues that impact the disabled throughout the State. Thank you for your support in making these goals become reality!
